I cannot vote in this district but if I could my vote would go to Scott Wilson.  Scott understands how city government works and the times I have interacted with him I have found him to be informed and responsive to concerns.

Scott is the person to beat in this race.  I just wish I could pin him down on the HRO.  He says he won't be Don Redman's clone.  I hope that's the case.

He won't say, I asked as well and I believe this is simply because he must remain the "employee" of Don Redman until after the election.

So he can hide behind being the "employee" of a current council member and not really provide any information on his stance on various issues? Kind of asking people to really vote for,the unknown.  Regardless of what happens he will no longer be Redman's " employee" so if not willing to give his stance on important issues that should be held against him as it would anyone else.

I don't know that is why he has not answered.  I was just suggesting a possibility.  He may still say something one way or the other.
