The first TerraWise house shown looks like a renvation instead of a new construction.  Can someone confirm?

Great update, LOTS going on! Some stuff has been around for a while with what looks like no progress (levels) and I'd sure like to see the Barnett building on here one of these months when they start :)

Does anyone know whats going on with the two story green building at the corner of College and Margaret, next to the 7-Eleven?

From what I've heard, Lane Architecture is moving there. They currently have their office in the Five Points building.

That would be awesome. I've always loved this building, but it needs a TON of work.

seems like the Sun Trust building is filling up....if the square footage mentioned in the article is correct, they are just under 60% leased.  Seems like they need about 7,000 additional square feet to be leased and the garage retail threshold will be triggered.

Lane Architecture is moving into there.  Same firm that did Goozlepipe & Guttyworks and is working on South Kitchen (the old yesterday's).

Is there anything to actually hold them to that?

And then we can all acknowledge what a joke that "future" garage retail provision was.

I wonder if the contract states how long after it reaches 60% they have to begin the retail portion... Hopefully they don't wait 2 years like the quote states below....

The condition of the city grant requires construction of street-level retail space in the garage, but only after the SunTrust Tower reaches 60 percent occupancy. Bahl said the tower's occupancy percentage rate is in the 50s.

His goal is to have the building complete by August 2014; the "worst-case scenario" is October 2014. He said the retail space will likely be constructed within 24 months of the garage's completion.
