CASK is already open. Went in there Friday night. Pretty cool mix of beer, wine, clothes, and music production type stuff, mics, etc.

Does anyone know the leasing website for The Brooklyn Riverside? I've looked online and can't seem to find it. The 220 Riverside site is really nice. You can easily see the available units and even select a specific location in the building.

Also to add to the downtown list, Holland & Knight are currently renovating their three floors (38, 39 & 40) in the Bank of America tower.

In August they stated they'd begin selling in September, but in this November article it says pre leasing will begin late-Dec/early-Jan.

Thanks, I was wondering what C.A.S.K is.  Do the letters stand for anything? Or is it just pretentious punctuation?  :)

I was just in Jacksonville a few hours ago with my family and I saw the green Brooklyn Riverside buildings. I was  curious whag was going on there. I dont think i saw the 220 building, we were on Park Street coming from Downtown heading towards Riverside, these apartments seem to be really close to the rail tracks.

A coffee shop is opening on King Street. It will be located in the same building as the Blind Rabbit.

Quote• Droubi's Coffee Shop is planned in Riverside at 915 King St. It's a $30,000 project for almost 900 square feet.
