Spanish Trails Building on Beaver St

Looking for any info on who owns the building, Spanish Trails on beaver Street, at this time? After the halloween haunted house we would like to use the building for a 2+ hour paranormal investigation. I am a very professional and experienced paranormal investigator and have been involved in the paranormal world since I was 6.
