P.S. Spoiler for tomorrow's press conference:

Gus thinks Henne played effectively, and though they made some mistakes, there was a lot to like about what the o-line did out there today.

They just got taken apart by a team missing its starting QB, that had lost 9 straight games dating back to last year.  The backup looked like a young Joe Theismann out there.  Wake me up when Bortles gets off the bench.

G'nite.  See you after week 9....  ;)

Let's see here... If memory serves correctly, Washington traded the farm to move up and grab RGIII only to come back in the 2nd round to grab Cousins.  A move that left many shaking their heads.  Seems like a pretty shrewd move now.  Not to mention your uncanny reference.  Theismann actually said on camera that he believed that Cousins was a better QB than RGIII.

I apologize for the sports gender-bending I'm doing here, but I can't think of a clip from a sports moving that's more appropriate...

RG3 has a lot of talent, but staying healthy is as much a skill as anything else. At this rate his best chance at a long career is as a backup.

I bought into the Khan/Caldwell/Bradley thing. The team looks as bad as when all of them took over.

As an owner, Khan has a record here of 6-28. In the EPL, his team was relegated and now is in last place in the second level league. But that scoreboard..

8-16?!?!?!? The Jags would have to win 5.3333 games this season to equal that record. No way they can do that good with the way the are playing.

Should have spent the money in free agency. There were a lot of excellent players available. Also, Jedd Fisch sucks. There's no debate. Watching our offense is offensive.

^ yeah, why didn't the Jags try to get one of the best centers in the NFL during free agency...oh wait

^^^ I listening to the 1010XL postgame and someone mentioned that the Jags possibly could have increased the offer more to bring Mack in. Although IMO I think the Jags made the appropriate offer, as I wouldn't sell the entire farm just to get a center; Especially in retrospect with all of the holes at the other O-line positions. Looks like it's gonna be a long season.

We all knew the line was going to be a work in progress, but today was unwatchable....

If there was a stat kept for unblocked DEs or OLBs, I bet we would have set more than our sacks allowed record...

Joe Montana and Jerry Rice n their prime wouldn't have been able to put up more than 14 points today.

Wasn't much they could've done to get Mack. The Browns had as much cap room as the Jags and poison pills are no longer allowed.
