Any word on the commercial tenants yet? I mistakenly asked this question in the wrong thread. Just seemed like in April Coley seemed to indicate they would be announced very short term.

Per story on JBJ the winner of Top,Chef, Season 7 from Philly will open a restaurant in 220 Riverside.  Excellent news!
