Recently I started working with a couple of realtors who are brand new to the game, and instead of giving a gift card as a closing gift to their clients, these individuals have retained me to illustrate the residence in the transaction to have matted and framed as their token gift offering to their clients. I would like to extend to you the same deal I give them, for $60 I will illustrate the residence in ballpoint pen, marker and watercolor (up to 11" X 14") and matt the piece if you desire it.
