From what I've been told, the Library market project is still at least a year or two away.  However, the Springfield Main Street project is already under construction.

So maybe I assumed. City Center wound be a the Library and Uptown at the Cesary development. That makes more sense. Yes?

Sounds very interesting.  This would be huge for Springfield and Main Street if true.

Its true.  Its already under construction.  Hopefully, it will spur more growth along the Main Street corridor.

I know Cesery is now u/c.  They are moving along impressively fast.  I meant if the market materializes in the development.  I take it they have a lease to move into the new Cesery building then?

Jason

Looks like there is some movement on "The Library".

The market has a signed lease from what I've been told.

I know one of the contractors involved and he lays the blame for the delay on the architects for the main building.  Designs for the interior spaces is done and waiting.

Just a second-hand report.  Take with salt.

For those of us who are slow please express a complete thought.  I'm at a loss as to what you are talking about.
I see someone else had questions too.  I guess, Tufsu1, answered it 'yes' whatever is happening is in the Hayden Burns.

ProjectMaximus

He included a link to a sneak-peak preview of a new development, which I assume has since been taking down. (hence, the "won't last long")
