I saw this video promoting the semi-defunct Chicago Spire (still in the courts) and thought Killashee should come up with a video that highlights its value, especially against the Jacksonville skyline.

Hey, FDOT came up with one for the Overland Bridge Project, why not Seaglass? I looked around and didn't see one anywhere.

Seems like Chi-Town's 'Stanley Drill Bit' and our 'TransAmerica Needle' both don't have a snowball's chance. Seaglass doesn't have a wiki page, emporis page or anything like that.

I would take "Stanley drill bit" over what Donald Trump called it, "a poor looking penis"

Some apartment firm in Chicago has been buying up all the debt left over from the bankruptcy and they had a court hearing on it last month.  Kelleher still has title to the property (just a hole in the ground right now).  He is trying to get the whole deal refinanced and pay off creditors. He had some serious buyers of the residences back in the day, hard to say if they are still interested.

The name "Seaglass Tower" is not unique and is in use for a hotel in Myrtle Beach. So unless they take the Trump approach and name it after themselves, "Seaglass" probably wouldn't stick.

IMHO - The Seaglass concept is interesting but the prelim design is too conservative, but there is another thread reserved for that.  I just wanted to see a good mock up video with the Jax skyline behind it at night.
