Home to a diverse range of architecture, tree-lined streets, a mix of uses, and even a historic warehouse district, Springfield is one of the many neighborhoods that make Jacksonville a unique place.

There is such huge potential in the warehouse district shown in the last few pictures. A true undiscovered treasure in our midst.

Would love if you could do a story about "The Pink Palace" in that old Victorian house on Laura Street that's been painted pink for decades and once a huge party house for the gay community back in the 1970s and 80s.   I hear some stories of the place, though, it seems now to be urban legend.  Would love to read about true tales and mysteries of the interesting people and infamous parties that house once knew.
