^^^Okay, we should never adjust to any situation, and just keep on running MJD into a nine man front. You say "how are we gonna protect Gabbert in the shotgun" Well him being under center is not exactly a better situation. I wouldn't call being in the shotgun 'opening the playbook' that's regular stuff; It's not like we're gonna run a double reverse flea flicker outta that formation or something.

Sub-Zero.

From the NFL Blitz days, FTW!

^^^LOL

You laugh....

We run enough of those BS WR Screens and Smoke Patterns...  Why not have the WR chuck it upfield to a TE running a seam route?

Goodness the jaguars are a terrible team this year.  Hard to believe the 1999 team existed

This year? where have you been? They will get better.

Unfortunately, it only gets worse. Luke Joeckel out for the rest of the season with an ankle fracture.

I say the City's share of the cost of the WORLD'S BIGGEST JUMBOTRON should be pegged at $5 million for every game they win this year.

2014 Nightmare Headline:

"With the injuries and releases at right tackle, we don't feel as an organization that we've really had the chance to properly evaluate Blaine Gabbert yet."

I thought we might be a little teeny bit better this year. How wrong I was. We will be 0-16. That is a very hard record to achieve, but I can't see a single win this year. All the Jags do is get injured every year. They  lose starters every year and have no one to plug in. I  am still a huge fan but it's so hard to watch how bad this is going to be.  Losing Luke Joeckel for the year is a MAJOR blow. His development will be stunted. It hurts when he's you first round pick and the number 2 overall. I keep reminding myself that the Lions have played one playoff game in 30 years but I don't think that cushions the blow of maybe watching the worst team in the history of the NFL. If we go 0-16 and continue to lose like we have we will earn that title. We aren't going to be the next Kansas City next year either. It's gonna be a while before we see a really good team. Unless we spend a lot of money in the off season on free agents and draft really really well.

Karma is trading Eugene Monroe in part so Joekel can start playing the other side of the line

Thanks for dumbest comment ever. If you wanna rag on us about the loss fine, but it's so damn cynical , crude, and obnoxious to be a-hole Monday morning QB, and stoop that low saying that Luke Joekel getting injured is karma. Quit acting as if Monroe is Boselli's twin or something. We was gonna get rid of him next year anyway! Stay classy Tufsu....
