QuoteThe "Black Sheep" building in the Five Points area of Riverside near Downtown Jacksonville is gaining a tenant — Worldwide Express — for its top floor.

Worldwide Express Global Logistics will relocate from the Southside and have signage on the Five Points building, said Worldwide Express Manager Colin Frost.

Worldwide Express operates in the Butler Pointe building at 4500 Salisbury Road, Suite 126, in the Southpoint area. Frost expects the move to Five Points to be completed in September.

What great news!  Allan had said that they were in negotiation with a tenant.  Glad to see it went through.  That is a great building with great visibility.

OMG, where are all the crazies on MJ screaming out for more downtown tenants? Ah, must be asleep, it is 10 o'clock after all. Nite Nite.

Good for Allan and Jon!

I am unclear with the article. Are they only taking one floor or both empty floors? Either way, that is good news. What a cool office space.

For me, I consider the urban core as a whole.  I'm just as happy to see a company come to New Town or Five Points, as I am  with downtown.

They are taking most of the third floor, just under the wonderful roof garden.  Still room for three more tenants.
