The patio outside Monty's has $1 beers, $5 pitchers, and you can watch the exercisers run by. Inside is smoker friendly, decent jukebox, and people who have been going there since Monty tended bar!

Orsay has a great happy hour for select cocktails... 1/2 price oysters and a pretty good appetizer menu... I also enjoy the happy hour at Marks downtown...  8)

Shantytown has $2 draft beers, all selections.  And I too like Marks.
