Forever 21 has men's clothes?  I always thought they only had stuff for teenage girls.

Mostly, but they have clothes for older young women (not teenage) and a little bit for men and kids too.

I don't think the commercial was intended to bash craft beer. I enjoy a Bold City 1901 as much as the next guy but Bud Light is still king amongst consumers.

The joke is that homebrewers are bearded weirdos who ruin sports with their strange ways and concoctions, but that thankfully there's still a casual dining chain sportsbar where manly men can still watch their sports over a glass of manly Belgian-owned light beer. It's pretty gentle humor, but it's definitely painting the place as not particularly attractive to those who don't think flavor is a weird or undesirable quality in beer. Considering that craft beer is the fastest growing segment of the beer market, and that the people who like it often really like it, it may not be terrific marketing.

yeah Parisian was a nice store. Sold top of the line clothes, very customer friendly, too bad the Hess family sold out. The store is the perfect size for something like a Saks or Neiman Marcus. oh well.

What are some notable franchised restaurants that serve craft beer?

A few area Chilis serve Bold City now(The Loop does as well).  World of Beer will have a decent selection once they are open, based on other locations.  Mellow Mushroom has a very impressive selection of craft beers (they also use French Pantry bread on their hoagies now).

The business model is different and subsequently distributors push the big three at most chains.

Ironically the Buffallo Wild Wings by the airport does have Killer Whale on draft.
I support meaningless jingoistic cliches

Mellow Mushroom
McCormick and Schmicks
Ruth Chris
Hooters
Blackfinn
Wild Wing Cafe
Bahama Breeze

I've seen the local brews in those establishments when I travel.  I don't know if that meets your "franchised restaurants".  I also don't know if the JAX area locations of those restaurants carry craft beer as I don't usually hit those places when I'm at home.

Thanks for the info. Good for the local breweries.

I don't know if they qualify as "notable franchised restaurants" but at the Beach, Al's Pizza, Renna's, Poe's Tavern and obviously Mellow Mushroom all have local beer. Some others have craft beer even if they don't have anything local. The Ale Houses usually have one or two. It's really not all that uncommon these days. Additionally, while not all chains have craft beer, most don't poke fun of craft beer enthusiasts in their advertisements.

I don't think they're franchised, but the Yard House chain, recently acquired by Darden Restaurants, has close to 100 beers on tap at each location.  I've only been to their Palm Beach Gardens location.  The beer menu is linked below...

There's also the CraftWorks chain of restaurants, which includes Gordon Biersch, Rock Bottom, and Old Chicago, each of can be franchised.  Locally, they also own Ragtime, Seven Bridges, and A1A Ale Works.
