JP Morgan Chase has plans for Jax

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has finally confirmed plans to open more than a dozen branches throughout Jacksonville.
In the past few months, the nation’s largest bank (NYSE: JPM) by asset size received building permits for several branches in Duval and St. Johns counties. Several additional intersection locations are also listed on the company’s career page. But the bank previously wouldn't comment.

But now it is, and the first branches are scheduled to open in mid-October, Steve Vachon said. They will be at Riverside and Margaret streets; Southside Boulevard and Touchton Road; and the University and San Jose area.
