More apartments coming to Baymeadows near I-295

Perimeter Realty is planning their third apartment complex within the last year or two, at I-295 & Baymeadows.

Perimeter Realty Inc. plans to build Spyglass Rental Community, a 220-unit apartment complex, in the northeast quadrant of East Baymeadows Road and Sweetwater Parkway. Perimeter has already completed the 252-unit Cabana Club and is still under construction on the 300-unit Hacienda.
