How is that an insult. Makes him look bad; no one else. You realize anyone with half a brain is thinking to themselves: "this guy is an idiot." They aren't thinking: "ha! Good for him!"

How is that not an insult?

In fairness to Ross, he publicly apologized, said the organization was first-class and the fans were fun, and that by "vacation" he used a poor choice of words in describing the one year between two stints in NY.

Just read the apology from Ross, I think its pretty sincere...

Yeah actually, I understood what he said from the beginning. But of course the media spun it out of control. I knew exactly what he meant, he just didnt say it the right way. Since he was down here for such a short period, got paid good money, then went back "home" it felt like a paid vacation. But our fan base is so ultra sensitive and the media didnt help it any.

The Jags agree to a deal with former Browns WR Mohamed Massaquoi. Nice pickup, hopefully can will stay healthy.

Bleh.  Just a guy.  Injury prone player that another crappy team cut.

Well Coach Bradley a few weeks after being hired talked about how the Seahawks led the league in roster transactions and alluded to the fact that he sees that situation being the same with the Jags this year. So there will probably be people being signed and cut all season. I don't really see Massaquoi even beating out Shipley for the slot position.

FSBA

Considering the Jags made more roster changes than they scored points at home last year it won't be anything new.

I would take into consideration that it was Gene Smith making those moves....

I agree. Also, last year that were many roster moves at all. There were a few in the offseason, and a few close to the end of the season. Not to mention this is the first time our roster has been gutted like this.

I must say Im glad that Kyles Bosworth is gone too. None of those should have ever been starters. Whimper included. It really shows how thing our roster was to being with. both of those guys were 3 string at best.

Man I just watched the sports science video of Dion Jordan and some highlights on youtube and that dude is a complete monster! He is so freaking fast and has the weirdest ways of getting to the QB. Man, I dont impress easily but geez. We need to grab him with our first pick If we can. There are more holes on our defense than the offense and he would fill a huge void.

If we can't trade down, Jordan is who I want.

How can we pass on this guy? Everyone know that we have a desperate need of pass rush; I say that we should get him. Wouldn't wanna be that tackling dummy.

I do agree with some about him needed to put on about 20lbs. He quite small for a defensive end. But he's still worth a number one pick. This draft is deep with really good defensive players. VERY deep. Might as well take advantage of it. Im not to concerned about the QB situation. If can improve in other areas, including the OL, we can get enough decent play out of either QB and end up with an okay season, possibly a winning season. I'd rather work on building infrastructure for a QB to suceed in before we go using a top pick for a QB. However, I am not opposed to taking one in the late rounds for competition though.

Jennings joined the Raiders. I am for him. I hope he has better luck. He seemed to have potential.
