Tonight, June 12th, at 6:30 pm there will be a home buying workshop at the Wells Fargo location in Springfield at 1601 N Main St. in the community center, entrance from the parking lot in the rear of the building.  Among the topics that will be covered is a new down payment assistance program that can cover the cost of a down payment, closing costs, and even be used on renovation financing.  You can ask questions, meet with a Realtor, see if you qualify for the down payment assistance, and start the pre-approval process for your loan.  If you can't make it, send me a private message and I can get you the information you need.  Hope to see you tonight!
