Hi all,
Anyone know of a good location around here with 1 or more apple trees? Maybe a field or something similar? I'm looking at possibly shooting some beauty shots for a project I'm working on. It needs to be apple trees. Thanks in advance for the ideas!

Not saying you won't find any in Florida, but as a former Upstate New York fruit farmer that had several hundred apple trees, apples are hard to grow in Florida because it doesn't get cold enough. You read that right. Cold enough. Apples need a specific chill period to set buds. Some need as much as 1700 hours of temps below 45 degrees. Some others need only 200 to 300 hours. But with Floridas moderate winters, even coming up with 200 to 300 hours is near impossible. Like I said, its possible. Just not highly likely. Good luck in your search.

But I want the north to come to me!  ;) Thanks for the tips. If anyone knows of a local exception, don't hesitate to pass along.

There are a couple of apple varieties that have been developed for the South and will grow here. Someone is bound to have one.  I used to have one myself, at another house.   They just have to see your post.  :-)

How about some lovely satsuma trees?

I don't think I've seen apple trees in FLA.

You may find something at one of the university's research orchards..anna apple does well here  if crossed with another variety..unfortunately with warming it gets harder but the orchards scientist are ardent workers and can make miracles..like the crossing of the bunching grape and the wild florida grape...good science
