I love it. Its got 'Merica written all over it.

4 Tickets! Section 440!

danno

Reminds me of FC Dallas in MLS.

blizz01

I like it better than the solid whites.

I like, though I think the diagonal stripe is a bit too much. But the hoops make a lot of sense.

I wish US Soccer would do something about its hideous logo.

Looks good to me. The 'bank is gonna be rocking that night.

Not a big soccer fan but if kilt soccer was  coming to jax id show up and pay for a ticket.lol

I hope they don't change the logo.... I have had it tatooed on my leg for a long time!

I get a bit tired of the whole stars and stripes motif. I don't know why we wrap ourselves up in the flag so much (and that goes for more than just soccer). I think we need a re-brand.

That said, I do think the hooped shirts are an improvement and look better than a lot of other national teams' current shirts. Also, the actual style of the shirt is nice - no weird collar or gimmicky stitching/tailoring.

It looks like we ripped off Celtic and made the stripes red.  I think its gayer than Wales.

The last Wales kits I saw looked okay. Most of the Umbro ones tend to be decent (though some of the recent England ones have been ugly - which is quite a feat for plain white shirts). Speaking of ugly - the British ones are hideous.

My frist reaction on the new kits: "So we're a sideways Sheffield or Stoke, now? Or worse, we're a red QPR."

Ugh. Hideous.

The USMNT would do well to be a red QPR!

I can think of few things more vile the combination of Reds and QPR*. ;)   Of course, our memberships and (Mrs. JaxByDefault's incomprehensibly divided) loyalty lie elsewhere in Hammersmith & Fulham, so take that with a grain of salt.

And Danno, I think the additional contrast stripes and darker color make the FC Dallas kit easier on the eyes.

*Fine: Mr. JBD has an occasional affection for LFC and we're sometimes amused by Joey Barton's twitter. That's as much credit as they're getting.

I've got nothing against QPR. I'd be happy if they managed to avoid relegation, though (assuming they don't do so by beating Spurs this weekend).

Speaking of Hammersmith and Fulham, I was happy to see Chelsea beat Barcelona last night. I can't think of the last time that I actually wanted Chelsea to win a match.
