Last year, Steve Hirch and his team put together the first ever PM EXPO event in Orlando.  It was a fantastic success and was soon followed by similar PM EXPO events around the state. PM EXPO is a huge convention for real estate investors -- especially private landlords, property managers, and multi-family owners.

I am very eager to report this year's Jacksonville PM EXPO will be held at the beautiful Morocco Shrine Center next month, May 16, 2012.  It's an all day affair beginning at 9:00 AM.  We will be there and you should too!

There will be hundreds of local investors and property managers, an entire Shrine  filled with vendors eager  to help you.  Plus, there will be very special educational events throughout the day.
