Yeah, I saw people still dragging that on today. I don't like the idea of giving that dude any attention. He's a bum. I'm surprised he's even still employed by ESPN. He sucked as an analyst also.

Im actually happy that Jags fans no longer sit back and takes everybody crap. Im glad they pounced on him honestly. He's a bum, but at this point Jags fans release the beast on any and everybody who has something to say about us..

I agree.  Good Jaxson photo.

It took me awhile to find a good one. LOL

The other silver lining in this situation is that Jaguar fans are having some appropriately immature fun with editing Mr. Douglas' Wikipedia page.

Hey guys. (and gals) Is it just me, or do the Houston Texans and their fans have this, " I am the shit" attitude.?? IMO they have always had one, but now after they had their garbage divsion win and play off run, it has gotten worse. Every site I get on they are talking trash like they have been winning for years. Im not gone lie, I have been arguing with the one guy on ESPN (who is a Texans fan) because he was trying to trash about the Jags, and of course nothing he said was factual.  Just like I told this dude, the little they have done, we did AND more just in our first five years, and twice in the past seven years. He didnt like that too much. HA!  ;D

If we had their stadium, every game would be a sellout. With a population as large as Chicago,I wonder why the decided to reduce the capcity!

Quote

HISTORY:
After taking a year to rebuild historic Soldier Field (during which time the team played home games at Memorial Stadium in Champaign), the Bears christened the new stadium in September 2003. The Bears' first season at the old Soldier Field on the shores of Lake Michigan was in 1971, after spending 50 seasons at Wrigley Field. They played 31 seasons there before the big overhaul. Today there are 5,000-some fewer seats than in the Bears' old home, and with a capacity of 61,500 Soldier Field now is the league's smallest venue. Soldier Field originally opened in 1924 as 45,000-seat Municipal Grant Park Stadium. Extra points if you knew the first football game played on its field, in November 1924, featured Notre Dame and Northwestern. (The Irish prevailed 13-6.) Three years later the all-time collegiate attendance record of 123,000 and change was established at the stadium, when Notre Dame beat Southern Cal in a 7-6 barnburner.

Not to step on your toes, DD, but do we HAVE to rehash the stadium seating issues?

Nutshell version (I'm not looking it up, so my numbers are probably skewed):  Top 1/3rd in capacity (even with the tarps)  Middle third in actual attendance (not tix sold, but people at the game each week) and Bottom third for area population.

We do just fine.  No need to keep bringing it up.

The broncos signed Jason Hill. Do yall think Del Rio convinced them to sign him? Del rio seemed to be fond of Jason Hill. He okay for what it was worth, but he was not by any means anyone number 1 receiver. Not sure how he would help Tebow. Thoughts?

Jags just need to take care of their WR corps and get a go to guy, a real one since Jimmy Smith retired. If Smith goes out and gets a DB or something other than WR, I hope Khan fires his butt, because we all can see the REAL need for the team.

I dont think you have to worry about that one. WR's and DE are main needs right now. As long as both are taken care of during the draft and free agency, I am fine.

I wonder if were going to go after Cliff Arvil in free agency. He is a beast at DE and a home town guy. Give him a fat contract and he will come home. He has already stated that if the Lion try to franchise him hes going to hold out. I think we should make him an offer during free agency and see if he bites.

Im just un certain how that works. If they try to franchise him, but he decides to hold out, is he in the open market? NFL Gods please help me with this questions :)
