Don, it seems, is the curse breaker.  His current location had a bit of the same stigma after its long term tennant moved out.

This has been about a year and a half journey (mainly a quest to find adequate kitchen space within an existing building). I'm very glad that it's finally happening. 

If you're at Jacksonville Magazine's Best of Jax event Thursday at Everbank Field... welcome Don and Debbie into the neighborhood.  They'll be serving up some Dos Equis-braised pork tacos.  YUM!

That will be a great addition to the area. I think the curse of that location in the past was every place trying to make it fine dining.

Thursday is one of the busiest days of quality programming i've seen in a while

Intuition: Belgian Beer Fest Mug Club Event
MOSH: Bacardi Mixology Event
TUPAC: Ron White
The Stadium: Best of Jax Event.

I will be at Intuition and MOSH, but I wish I could do all 4.

wow that is awesome. Edgewood definitely needs another shining star over there and I think Taco Lu's would do the trick.

Taco Lu is better than BG; I love them both but you can't beat the menu at Taco Lu.  Great news!

The menu is the most exciting part of TacoLu....food vs. food, BG is better.
