At first glance, Smashburger's signage looks like GameStop...

I can tell you, Smashburger is great!  They had a soft opening yesterday.  Really looking forward to MShack.

One correction:
"Metropolis at the Beach will go into the former Lubi's Hot Subs location on N. 3rd St., opposite NAPA auto store and across the street from Rita's. "

Metropolis is going in to the old Rack Em Up/Dicks Wings location... Pita Pit is in the old Lubi's.

The beaches from Ponte Vedra to Atlantic Beach (not unlike Daytona) are custom made for a rapid streetcar. Wouldn't it be funny if they taught Jacksonville a lesson or two?

I don't know about going all the way to Ponte Vedra, but a streetcar running about the same root as the trolley bus would be very popular.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?
