Looking for a roommate for a ~2,400 sq ft, 3 story, 2br/2.5ba townhouse downtown on the river. 2 parking spaces in a covered garage. Share of the rent is $1,000/mo.

I'm a male military officer in my 20s. Looking for another officer or a professional, gender unimportant. Fairly liberal here. Only major consideration is that I plan on buying a piano, and I play the violin and classical guitar, so if you're not into classical music, I may not be the roommate for you.

I know the exact property you're talking about, and if you are willing to consider Riverside instead of downtown, I could point you to a property that's less than 1/2 the price, on top of a landmark historic highrise, with balconies, and obviously you wouldn't need a roomate. Only 1 garage space though.
