gun battle?

This morning at 3AM there was gunfire lasting quite some time . Hard to tell the location, but sounded like coming from Avondale or North Riverside. Repeated exhanges on and off over twenty minutes or so. Anyone else hear it or have details?

This note from JSO about the reports of gunfire:

"We had several reports of gunfire/fireworks in the area. Starting
at 0159 near Edgewood and Roosevelt down to Memorial Park at 0300-0315.
Most of the calls seem to have come from the condos across from the
Publix on Riverside Ave. Police responded and did not locate a victim or
suspect."
When all else fails hug the dog.

President's announcement was at about 11:20 or before.  I normally sleep right over there, but I was house-sitting last night so I missed it.
