Yeah, the one with the wood fired oven trailer.

And, excuse me for being slow...but they've confirmed that they will install a location at Park & King?

If so, that's excellent...some of their pizza is just as good as many I've had in Italy, and handmade from my Sicilian mother-in-law...

With all the Pizza/Italian places we have now we might as well change the name to "Little Riverside Italy".

The same could be said about sushi.

As long as each sushi and/or pizza place is unique & delicious, I don't mind a plethora of sushi/pizza.

Speaking of the plethora of pizza/sushi joints can one area have anymore NAIL SALONS?!?! Feels like there is one every other block.  And I know it's a chain but some altruistic soul with cash please put a Chipotle in one of the Riverside vacancies. Need my fix.  Also does anyone have any idea what might be in store for the corner lot near Mossfire Grill?  Seems like prime commercial r.e. if there is such a thing anymore.

Speaking of Mossfire, went there last night...has anyone ever told them they are extremely overpriced, and they kinda suck? Sure, they have a few OK dishes, but damn...got a 'steak burrito'...literally had to tear the thing open looking for steak. Stuff came out cold. Charged me for an appetizer of chips/salsa because I asked for a little more salsa to finish my chips with...what gives???????

Well that place is delicious so I feel I must defend it. Have you had the tuna tacos?!?@! And do you know how much you'd normally have to pay for something like that at an actually expensive place? Did you "tear" the burrito open with your teeth? Sounds like you had a bad draw, or they just didn't like you (based on the tone of this comment, were you rude to them? Since they gave you the original chips and salsa for free, I don't know how I feel about you demanding MORE salsa for free). I loves me some Mossfire. Also, hot waitresses.

Also, on the corner of Herschel and King (former site of the mini Pizza Palace) there is a place called Soup's On opening in May. This will be their second store (original is in Baltimore, which is interesting). The frontpage of their website (http://www.soupsonbalto.com/home.html) is what they have posted on the door, and right now there is a truck parked out front. Checked out the menu, a crazy amount of soups (which makes sense I suppose). Anyway, that's something that isn't a pizza or sushi establishment for ya!

^^

Looked at their menu!!!  Wow, that's a lot of soup to keep on hand - I'm assuming they make a batch and keep them in the freezer.

The other thing that I noticed - there is no 'Pizza Soup' or 'Sushi Soup', so it seems to me like they're walking on thin ice.   ;D

I saw this when out for a walk with the family last night.  The menu looks interesting and I do love a good soup!  Looks like they have a rotating menu of soups each day to keep things fresh and interesting.

That's awesome.  More reason to love my new neighborhood.

Wasn't rude to them...never talk down to waitstaff...don't really see that as the problem unless the waitress was having a bad day. I guess I'm just used to Burrito Gallery's burritos? The one at Mossfire was 80% white rice, 10% cheese and sour cream, 5% salsa, and I guess 5% meat....listen, I don't like bashing restaurants either. I really want a solid Mexican place to go to near my house that isn't BG. I guess it was just an off night....

On another note, that Soup place looks good! Something completely different. Anybody else think about the Soup Nazi when they see that menu?
