Would the Weaver's plans have to go through HPC? If they planned on building another strip of commerical opposite 13 Gypsies and Bakery Moderne that would be big news.

The picture just above is the exact building I was talking about. It's an FBC building? Wow, that speaks volumes about FBC and their commitment to DT and their feelings regarding revitalization.
