three bedrooms for around $600/mo?

***apologies if this isn't allowed--i looked for rules and couldn't find any***

our landlord has told us he wants to sell the building we're in by the end ov the year, so we're looking for a new place.  we're looking in more usual channels as well, ov course, but since we'd really like to stay in the neighbourhood, i thought i should ask here.

we need three bedrooms--a house with a yard is preferable, but we can live with an apartment (we're in one now, after all), and we're looking for around $600-$650 a month.  does anyöne have any suggestions?

Do you favour a certain colour of building? How many metres from city centre would you like to be?
There's been a draught of affordable rentals in the area. I'll look through the online catalouges and see what's out thair.

thank you--my girlfridns swears she's found the perfect place (as ov about 10 minutes ago), so once i know what's goïng on, i'll go from there.
