Nest Living is a tenant suite in the building anchored by Hightide Burrito.

original plan was December...that got adjusted to March....but it seems like the projec has virtually stalled so I'm betting it will be summer!

That's a little more action than we've seen in the past few years. Hopefully the funds will start flowing and more projects will take place.

Laura Street is supposed to be completed by the Jazz Festival this year.

Metropolitan Park is also under construction. I'll have to add some images of it a little later.

Heat and AC upgrade at the 5 Points Theatre!

I know it's a small project but very welcome to our staff and customers.

The ductwork was run from the kitchen area underneath the stage.

You can see that the current stage was built over the top of the original one.

Here is a duct trimmed out and painted.

A VERY welcome addition! I froze my rear end off at 'True Grit'... so much so that I came to '904' with two coats in tow, lol.
