Someone mentioned a few weeks ago that they were just doing required exterior maintenance. I know a LONG time ago, it was mentioned that a restaurant was going into that space. I don't know if that plan was shelved or not though.

There are no architectural review boards in San Marco.  The Sherwin Williams is going to be more of a design center than the typical paint store most are thinking about.  I don't have a problem with it personally.  It fits better than the Scottrade on the other end.  I am more concerned with having businesses that will generate activity than how they look.  Hopefully the design center will draw more people to that end of the Square.
