This is much more than we've had in recent months.  Has Mojo resumed since the stop work order??  What is happening at the Lerner Shops?? 5th and Liberty is a private residence, yes?

Gonzo

Yes, 5th and Liberty is a private residence. I have seen theplans and it is going to be a truly unique and exciting home!

How long has the John Gorrie School conversion been going on?  It seems like it's been quite a while.

I saw the other day (maybe it was Thursday?) workers at the Parkview Inn...any updates on that space?

Hello,

My name is Matthew Clark and I am working on the marketing for the future development of the Park View Inn. "Park View Pavilion" I should be able to update the public shortly as to the status of the development. I can say that things are moving forward in a positive direction.

As a resident of Downtown Jacksonville, I am excited to be a part of the project and look forward to making the people of Downtown and Springfield proud.

For leasing information please feel free to shoot me an email.

Yeah, not very much going on at all; however, better something than nothing. New Courthouse is looking good, but, it looks so austere; I just don't like the way it looks...(always complaining never satisfied!!); wish they had picked another design.

I still can't believe we are actually built that ridiculous monstrosity of a courthouse. $400mm for a county courthouse.

Pffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffftttt

If I drive by John Gorrie @ night again, I'll stop and take some pics.  The lights were on and I could see a bit of goings on inside.
