Hi, I heard there was a new ghost tour in Riverside called Eerie Owl Ghost Tours.  Has anyone checked it out? I have heard good things....

I've talked to one of the gals that runs it and it sounds like a very well-researched and fun tour. The next tour is Nov. 26th, according to the website.
