QuoteI really can't guess what would put ticket sales over the top.

Free Beer? ;D

Free beer at the game provided by JTA.... now on the bus!
And though I long to embrace, I will not replace my priorities: humour, opinion, a sense of compassion, creativity and a distaste for fashion.

The Jaguars apparently have also sold naming rights to their practice fields to Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
The tourist would realize at once that he had struck the Land of Flowers - the City Beautiful!

I don't see what else it could be other than a certain player.  If beer prices went down, then the finicky folks would complain about soda prices instead.  Let's see...did Mark Brunell sign with the Jets or not?  Has Tony Boselli become a cyborg?  The good free agents are all taken by now, so perhaps a trade?

I have no idea what it could be, but it's fun to speculate.

Wait...I know.  The Broncos "thought" they drafted Tim Tebow, but it was actually his secret twin brother Jim Tebow...and the REAL one just signed with us.  Yeah...that's what it is.

Don't want to start a new thread, but does anyone know if JTA will be running shuttles to the games this year?

Maybe the thing that is going to put our ticket sales over the top is.......Everbank buying up our remaining season tickets? Just a thought  ;D
Jaguars 2.0

Yes they will still do the Convention Center and Kings Ave Garage routes, and they just sent a ticketholder survey out about reintroducing the Orange Park route they shuttered years ago with a park n ride at the dog track.

That makes sense related to what I heard earlier.

Why did they stop that one anyway? It was always busy.

They had quite a few before... one park n ride at the Sams Club on Beach, one at Phillips/JTB, and another near NAS.

These trips were subsidized pretty heavily though and ridership numbers dropped quite a bit over the last few years according to the data JTA made public.  With the stadium only half full last year, the previous year's ridership numbers were downright sad.

Im glad that could change this year.  I would voice my concerns to JTA and complete the survey they sent out if you want the OP route to come back.

Just asked and received...
This year, the Prime Osborne and Kings Ave stops are the same.  $7/game or $56/season(game day passes will still get you a concession ticket, changes weekly)

There will also be suburban locations for ALL home games at:
Philips Hwy at JTB
Orange Park Kennel Club(the lot next to McDonalds)

And for all regular season games(no preseason) at:
San Jose Blvd at Marbon Road
Wingate Park at Jax Beach

Suburban lots are $12/game and $96/season

Since I can't come up with a reasonable idea for the pending 'big announcement" here's an unreasonable suggestion.
