What a mess.

This action is so arbitrary -- with a wave of their hand, the EPA annihilates 1/4 of a  neighborhood's assets.

It is more than a quarter because that 1/4 will affect property values in the mile around them - it affects all of Springfield's market value

And Durkeeville as well.  Most of OU-1 is in Durkeeville, while the real ash site is only a small portion of that neighborhood.
