The bill prohibits the sale of the items by businesses that don't make at least 75 percent of their money from tobacco sales or make over 25 percent from sale of the prohibited items.

Now they will be selling Bongs in the Kangaroo stations?

The bill may not make a lot of sense to some people, but any state representative running in a conservative district who voted "for bongs" would be on a short ride. Philosophically, if society condemns this, should not the same rules apply to the sale of tobacco?
