Did you mean a state ID.   You must work for the Dept. of Motor Vehicles!  It's against Government policy to divulge people's driving records.  reednavy, report him!

I'm not reporting anyone because your latest personal attack doesn't involve me, stupid, and doesn't qualify as a repotable offense per forum rules.

Nice way to dodge a question too.

The plan has 2 loops inside the diamond.  (Not going over existing roads)   9A & JTB's loops were completed recently, which means loops are still being constructed.    The loop on JTB going east to 9A south from JTB (cost more) than the loops going north on  9A  to JTB east, or west.    Going over existing roads is more expensive.

9A/JTB interchange has 4 flyover ramps....those don't have the merging problems that cloverleafs or "loops" do.

Note that FDOT is replacing the southbound I-95 to eastbpund 9A loop ramp (on the northside) with a flyover ramp.

The only merging issue at 9A and JTB is 9A NB to JTB EB, mainly due to Kernan's ramp being right there at the end of the 9A ramp.

Forgive me, I just recently came back to this thread... but the title of the thread is:  "International Golf Parkway to become a shopping mall mecca?" and I'm not sure what the relevance is between the interchange/exit ramps and IGP being a shopping mall mecca.....   ???

In order to become a major retail/restaurant  destination, the interchange must be improved!

That has very little to do with it. The WGV area needs to reach a critical mass of residences before anything big comes to that area. Until that happens, there is no true demand or need in that area, and they'll have to keep traveling to the SJTC or the outlets.

Who cares what they are building out there. The new Nocatee town center will be so much better then what they come up with out there anyway. The demographics of Ponte Vedra, Julington Creek area, and Palencia will make the Nocatee town center a huge success while the World Golf Village will be a disaster. Just one mans opinion, but I really think long term that project is DOA.

Julington Creek?
maybe because Racetrack Rd will get extended/realigned to connect directly w/ Nocatee Pkwy

They'd need to widen Racetrack Rd completely first, between JCP and Batram Park, it is downright dangerous.

Except Nocatee as retail destination? Please, not in the next 10 years.

I95 North, and South traffic has tens of thousands of  people who are traveling both ways through the County everyday, along w/ the Locals who use  Interstate I95.  The  North and South traffic will  not drive to Nocatee. They will chose the exit that is next to the interstate.  I believe that a project at I95, and IGP would  be successful. ___Not "I really think long term that project is DOA."

The intersection at I95 & Philips Hwy hasn't changed much if at all since the opening of the Avenues Mall.  I think the area seems to be doing quite well...

(US1, and I95) It's less congested now because of 9A.  Think back before 9A.  What about before I295.
