Been working for Gleaners now for more than 7 months and having a great time. I volunteer over 80 hours per week now and hoping to see us open a thrift store. The objective is to make Gleaners totally self supporting. Sometime check us out.

Welcome!  I had posted your link awhile back in another thread on another topic... Perhaps you could give some personal insight as to the process and results... :)
