Small (ish) well designed, attractive, quality construction houses.Homesites of five to ten acres on average with larger tracts in the 'neighborhood'.Pasture, cross fencing.Small barns and work shops. Some timber on the borders. Some opt for live stock and fowl, many even pay their mortgages through productive 'hobby farming'.Public Conservation and Recreational lands complex handy on a spontaneous basis.Regional roadways are protected from commercial sprawl and traffic lights in the name of congestion reduction-the spin off benefits are profound. An extensive neighborhood exhibiting a remarkable populace, connected to their own local government and land development, planning policies that assure what you see in the sprawling neighborhood is in fact what you can look forward to in the future.

Now that would be of value. And rare.

(Lake Asbury in Clay County,as just one example, could have been this-but the opportunity came and went long ago)
