oops, i thought the third one was the one that was home because of curfew, looks like it was one of the original ones that they caught.  "Jonathan Hartley, 15, and Keon Sams, 17, are charged with hatching the plan that led to Hotham’s death. Arrest reports accuse Hartley of shooting Hotham and Sams of providing him the gun. Sams told police he was home obeying a curfew when the attack occurred. Both teens are charged with armed robbery and murder." off of jacksonville.com

I was really pointing out how this thread was really about those miserable thugs who took this womans life for nothing!

and for the record I was not outraged at all.....

i think he initially said he was home (perhaps reading the bible or something) but he is one of the ones charged.  not sure.

thankfully he wasn't hurt, but it's going to come down to these places stopping deliveries...and as someone that has taken full advantage of having it brought to me, I wouldn't blame companies for stopping
