I am sure it will be a major act coming to the arena, which honestly is a big story. But the city throwing around words like "historical" is extreme hyperbole unless it is something actuallty historic...which seems unlikely.

Maybe they are bringing back hockey!!!!

^^^It's gonna be an entertainment event, not sports.

Maybe it's Jay-Z and Beyonce. They are supposed to be touring together this summer.

Oh, the suspense....The Mother of all Announcements.  Biblical proportions.

It's probably going to be Paul McCartney. Possibly "historical" if Ringo and holograms of John and George are there.

Official.  Paul McCartney.

Cool. Historic? Considering he played the Super Bowl here in 2005. No.

June 22nd - wish he was playing in the stadium, really.  Still a HUGE event, but my paycheck's going toward to the USMNT match vs. Nigeria.  (& Weezer in St. Augustine the night before!) & DMB.

Regardless, still a LOT to be proud of in 2014 in North Florida.

Ok, that's pretty big. This is shaping up to be a great year event wise.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Awesome! McCartney is as big as it gets. Going to be a hot ticket. Any mention of when tickets go on sale?
