A candy shop in Springfield on Pearl between 8th & 9th. Proprietors are Peter (of Peterbrooke's) and his wife Allison. They take an organic approach to sweets. Chocolates, caramels, cotton candy, hot cocoa, ice cream, hard candies and more. You really should check them out.

Dark Chocolate dipped Cranberries sound good,There are other dried fruits out there like Blueberry and Apricot that would be good to dip.
I wonder if they would do Dark Chocolate Sour Cherries when they are in season.
How SEXY is a Dark Chocolate Dipped Sour Cherry?   You know, even Kiwi slices would be good dipped into Dark chocolate...
