Hionides: 5th & Silver Townhomes in Springfield

UrbanJacksonville.info has released this rendering of Chris Hionides' latest plan for one of his Springfield properties.  This townhome project is planned for the NE corner of 5th & Silver Street.

After I picked myself up off the floor from fainting...to see that Hionides might actually be doing something positive in Springfield...time will tell if this is really going to happen. He doesn't exactly have the best track record.
