Long time to go before first game, we can do it. Its the businesses that need to step up. We did it before, we can do it again!

They sold 8K new seats in 3-1/2 months... 12K in 4 months is going to be tough.

Anyone else going to the seat relocation this weekend?

The last 3 months were traditionally the slowest selling months of the year. Maybe I am being naive but I think the team has made pretty good progress.

How does the team factor single game ticket sales into the equation?  How many singles can they expect to sell come August when they release them?

Single-game and half-packs are not part of the equation yet and neither are premium-seat tickets.  This is solely covering the season tickets in the general bowl.  It is possible to sell out games without selling every general bowl seat via season tickets, but the ultimate goal is to have the bowl sold out on a season ticket basis.

Think of it this way, though.  We're at about 37,000 general bowl tickets sold.  In 2007-08 we were at 42,000 and sold out most of the games with single-game and half-pack sales.

I think we have a good shot at avoiding the blackout number. Reading the article again they're factoring 8K group tickets sold to local business that are already committed... I think that number will grow over the next few months.

Yes. How does that work? We're brand new season ticket holders.

^I'm not going, as I'm happy with my seats, but I've been in the past.  Basically, you get the opportunity to roam the entire stadium, and sit in whatever seat you would like, and check out the views. Totally worth it if you are a new season ticket holder.

I've been twice, this will be my 3rd time and I would recommend that anyone & everyone advantage... never know if there's a better seat out there.

Being new your invite should be scheduled for Sunday. Once you arrive in the Budzone you'll find multiple ticket brokers that will meet with you and offer seat possibilities that fit your needs.

If you choose to stay in seats at the price point you originally purchased they will offer you a range of seats;
-better section same price
-closer to the field
-closer to the 50 yardline etc.

Once you find out what's available you can go out into the stadium and test drive the seats in question before making a decision.

If you decide to upgrade / downgrade your seats or add a seat you can also do that at the event.

I have overheard a few people at work talking about the "TealDeal Discount book" today already.  They were mentioning how good some of the discounts were etc...  I would say that is a good sign, maybe it will spur some people into purchasing season tickets.
