Hello World! I go by the moniker Suspence the Socialite; The Visionary behind the Phemon UnderDaScope Ent.
I'm 1 1/2 released from serving a 7yr. sentence in the Dept. of Correction for a Trafficking Cocaine charge i was convicted of in 2000. Though, i was not guilty of the charge; in fact i was set up by Jason D. Pugh, who was one of the Corrupt officers who was later convicted for a assortment of crimes along side Alrick Sinclair, and James Waldon.  My lawyer at the times Rodney Gregory was ineffective in rendering me the proper council to find the necessary truths to free me. So, i had to deal with the turmoil of spending 7yrs of my life in a Man Made Hell; by telling myself, that perhaps i was guilty of other crime in which i got away with, just to try  to justify it. My sound crazy to those of yu who can't relate; however, any ex-offender that can feel my pain- will relate!

Determined to leave prison, a better man than i entered; i dedicated myself into becoming educated in a wide range of subjects; reading, and studying the necessary books that will expand my horizon. With that, along with debating with the self profess enlightened minds; I am a self professed Luminary! Being incarcerated with what society will define as the Scum of the earth, i was able to socializes  with some of the most anti-social and ignorant dudes in the state of Florida- During the course i found that most ignorant were the racist C/O's loll!

Thinking that society would embrace the fact that a young black male was sincerely working hard on becoming a productive member in society; And that Department of Correction really meant- just that.  I went above and beyond! In some ways i became so educated, so extremely knowledgeable, until i would be considered a threat! WHY??? Because during the course i would find out the true Govt. agenda was in no way intended on educating the so called criminal; but rather nurture the criminal talents, and outcast them from society (With the ex-con stigma) further supported by that famous question ask on the JOB APPLICATION: You know the one; That's says; HAVE YOU EVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY, YES OR NO?) designed so that [ us\we] ex offenders would have such a hard time finding employment; in hopes that we resort back into our CRIMINAL WAYS! Which means More Money for the 2nd most thriving business in the state of Florida- THE PENAL SYSTEM!!! In-despite our efforts on changing! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?  Want to know how i know? Cause in-despite being turned down by jobs that i know i was over qualified for- I refuse to give up, or even give them an opportunity to get be back in their slave system. To say that prison changed me, would be an understatement!!! But for the Best, or the Worst is the Question?

To get to know me, and become one with my (OUR) struggles towards greater success!!! CHECK ME ON THE NEW COLUMN I'LL BE POSTING ENTITLED; TAKE A CLOSER LOOK!

Im not only THe Visionary of UnderDaScope Ent.- But i'm also a Victim!!!!

Meh that subject will been brought up(it ALWAYS IS) based on my avatar. That was nipping it in the butt, Lil different. Besides I didn't expand further into it giving great detail in it XP that's done via private message a topic orrrrrrrrrrr online messenger!

Although my psychological studies Iv been forced to do show that humans in general like to reveal themselves to others and givin the oppratunity you can typically get any information out of someone with the right question.

Still no one in jail is guilty you didnt know that?

I do feel that there are plenty of folks currently incarcerated that are/were not completely guilty - furthermore, I believe that there are an infinite amount of people in society that are.

I mean our 'ex-offender' friend here well...seems he should have read more up on grammatical structure.  He has some interesting ideas, but there is too much venom in it for anyone to ever take him seriously.  What exactly is a 'luminary?'   "UnderDaScope Ent?..."   It seems he might not have trafficked it, seems he snorted it....

Are there various levels of guilt?  I always thought it was guilty or not guilty.

BTW, welcome to the jungle Spence. :)

Well, I suppose both legally & biblically, it seems too often that to miss one aspect of the law is to miss all of the law.  Furthermore, I do feel that people are unfortunately deemed "guilty" by association & often fall victim to circumstance (easy scapegoating).  In hindsight, I should have simply stated that there are without question many failures of the criminal justice system.  This is evidenced by the staggering & increasing number of death row exonerations in which Florida leads the nation.  While I'm pleased to see progress, it also seems so reckless - Imagine if prosecutors were civilly liable - oh, man.

Maybe on another thread - this guy was just saying "hi"..............

I ove you guys; and have been waiting along time to engage. Sportmotor,  To be UnderDaScope means just as the name employs- I am currently UnderDascope to Jax Metro, lol! When ever your observed, or scrutinized by your peers, or consumer base; you are UnderDaScope!!! It's a lifestyle that each of you live daily- I just difined it for you. And no, not everyone in prison is guilty of the actual charge they were convicted of; however, we are all guilty of breaking mans law at one point or another- some of us just never been caught. I dont mind sharing this with you strangers, it's much to easy to obtain it over the net, lol! The thing about it is, where i don't have any tbing to hide; most of you people have alot to hide, lol! Trust me i've been incarcerat3d with enough of you  folks to know your secrets, lol! And for the record, i am buckled up!!!   ;) Trust me, you haven't seen the jungle, lol!!!!
