If he's spraying himself with an aerosol can, then he's obviously flammable. Spark + flammable = fire. Have they stopped trying to recruit the best and brightest and just moved on to whoever wants to point something that looks like a gun and say "Freeze, criminal scum!"?

Oh my dear goodness; he looks like a wild and wooly "off the chain" man anyway. Spraying aerosol in his mouth? And then a spark from the Taser makes him explode into flames. Not funny, but shows proof that these are wild and wacky times in which we live.

Just maybe this is the answer? Maybe? Take any government offical and fill their mouths with spray paint. After which we will check the level of fires and adjust it to clean up society as needed.
