No, it is just that noone is really expanding right now, and this development is still a pie in the sky, so to speak.

Has anybody have any updates? I heard a Movie Theatre is going to be included.

All I see happening at the development site is grass maintenance.

The movie theatre business is hurting too. I guess that the very non profitable theater's will close. When recovery begins, new upgraded ones in better market places will be built.

This development (Lion's Gate) is no longer on the developer's website. At this point, it is most likely dead on arrival.

McDonald's will open in Sept. 2010 at the corner of 16 and International. This is about as good as you are going to get. Couple of rumblings, but that is it for now.

Wow, this really helped the thread, thanks for sharing. Anyways, Lion's Gate has NOT been removed from the developer's site, in fact it was updated w/ new pictures recently. It IS moving forward. Bids are out right now for various phases. It will be slow (obviously) but it is moving forward.
