Midnight Movies at the 5 Points Theatre

The Big Lebowski was a hit - almost 150 people turned out at midnight to see it on the big screen.

Here's the schedule for our upcoming midnight movies:

This Friday, April 24th, we've got Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.  For some reason, I have not seen this one yet(although I did read the book), but it was suggested to us by everyone.

Friday, May 1 we've got Spinal Tap.  We're doing this one is coordination with the Unplugged and Unwigged Tour, which will be at the Florida Theatre on Monday, May 4th.  And, the Florida Theatre has given us two pairs of tickets, and a pair of backstage passes to the show to give away during the movie!  We're obviously really excited about this one.

Friday, May 8th we'll be showing Star Trek II - The Wrath of Khan.  The new Star Trek movie opens the same day, so we thought we'd let people compare it to the best of the original series of movies.

We're also trying to find a place for Evil Dead 2, sometime after the Film Festival.

One the non-midnight movie front, we've got Adventureland this week, and then Sunshine Cleaning for a week starting Friday...
