What's the plan for the building on Market & E. 6th, anybody know? It has a sold sign on the door. J

Which building? Three corners are homes and the other property is SRG.

Do you mean 6th & Market?

If so, that's supposed to be rehabbed, they did some work over the past couple of years, but it's been sitting for a while now.

Yes, I meant E. 6th & Market....i've corrected it.

Anyone know any plans for the building?

I once heard loft apts above commercial with Natural Sun as the potential client, but maybe that was hearsay. It would be nice to see it developed, I can easily walk to that location.

The owner offered to sell the building to me about 2 months ago, but I have too many pans in the fire to take on another project
