Suburban death, Springfield rising

It seems Springfield is finally filling up with mostly owner occupants, which is wonderful.

I somewhat agree with many others here on MJ.
HISTORIC Springfield neeeds Hogan's Creek cleaned up along with the associated Confederate and Klutho parks repaired and bridges properly lit, more so than Avondale and Fairfax need any FishweirCreek rehabilitation.
Vital to Springfield as I see it,
Essential to ultimate success between 32204,5&6 are
the old Park View Inn built out into perhaps a southern rock house of blues, a living wall parking garage for the Trio and Barnett buildings, old school four converted to a film college or private trade school, with the Skyway fleshed out to and around the stadium with the restoration of and expansion of a real street car system tying it all together again.

These steps will be key to saving other inner ring neighborhoods, drawing motivated families on a budget into the core who want their children to earn their education locally via EWC, UNF, FSCJ, JU.
Why is the world full of humans a lot less friendly than we ought to be?

In spite if its problems, 32206 is a pretty cool place. :)

+ Infinity  ;)

Thx

I partially grew up in 32206. Saw it when it was nice, and, sadly, when it declined. It has so much potential to be great again. Its compact, the infrastructure is already in place, and its VERY conveniently located.

32206 could easily become a REAL community again, unlike the fake "community" of Oakleaf I had to drive through today. YUCK  :P
